At the age of 3 months, a Border Collie male dog should weigh between 12 - 16 lbs depending on size. At the age of 6 months, the weight of a male dog is normally between 23 - 32 lbs. 12 months after birth, a Border Collie is fully grown and should weigh between 30 - 43 lbs.
